We make the following guarantees to our customers:

Find a resolution to the situation to the satisfaction of all parties
Send a letter of correction and, if appropriate, a formal letter of apology from a ZIP officer.
Grant a voucher to the insured for a rate reduction of the finance charges on a future premium agreement.
ZIP will fully refund all of the finance charges on the premium finance agreement in question.

*All rate rebates are at the discretion of Zip and are refundable up to Zip’s cost of funds.
